Purchasing a book online
What currency is used?
All prices are listed in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST.
Shipping and Delivery
How much is postage?
We charge a flat rate of $6.95 to anywhere in Australia.
I live overseas. Can I buy your book?
We would love to easily supply international customers. Unfortunately international shipping from Australia is quite expensive, and so we are not able to include in our flat shipping rate. If you would like us to ship internationally, please contact us for a quote before you place your order.
When will I receive my order?
We endeavour to process all orders as quickly as possible, but we do rely on postage carriers.
From placing your order, you can typically expect to receive your book within five working days to all Australian capital cities. Please allow longer for delivery to regional areas.
We will try to inform you before purchase if the book is not currently in stock, or if there will be a longer than normal wait time.
Can you get my order to me urgently?
We always do everything we can to process and despatch orders quickly. If you don’t want to rely on the regular post, please get in touch before you order, and we can try and send to you express post. This does however come at an additional cost.
My order didn’t arrive. What do I do?
Please contact us to discuss. If you provided an incorrect shipping address, or our shipping/postage provider shows the parcel has been successfully delivered, Fierce Grace Publishing is under no obligation to send you a replacement or offer a refund. We will do our best to help you find the missing parcel.
Please note that often Australia Post redirections do not work with packages. Fierce Grace Publishing will not be responsible for replacing books or extra costs if a redirection has not been successful.
If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect and/or insufficient information, and you would like the book re-sent to you, an extra delivery charge of $6.95 is required. Also, if Fierce Grace Publishing incurs extra fees to retrieve the package from Australia Post, then these charges will also be borne by the customer before the package can be despatched again.
If a customer prefers not to receive the items as their requirements have changed then no refund or store credit will be provided due to “incorrect and/or insufficient address” details.
If an error has been made at our end, we will send you a replacement copy immediately.
Can I return my book?
Fierce Grace Publishing will only accept returns if the items have either been damaged or have been incorrectly despatched.
We will not accept returned items for any other reason, including change of mind.
My book arrived damaged or faulty. What do I do?
We take care to ensure that we provide your purchase in pristine condition, however there are times where a book may be damaged on its journey to you.
Fierce Grace Publishing will only accept returned items that are either damaged or have been incorrectly despatched. Please retain your proof of purchase and contact us within 14 days from receipt of the faulty product. You may be entitled to a refund including shipping costs, or a replacement book.
Where a refund is agreed between Fierce Grace Publishing and our customer, a credit to the account or facility used in the original purchase transaction will be made, once we receive the returned title from you in its original condition.
